Do your products have medicinal value?
We believe food is the most important medicine and that we turn what we put into ourselves into ourselves. With this in mind, we thoughtfully handcraft our blends with (mostly) organic herbs, adaptogens, and spices that healers have used for centuries to support the mind, body, and spirit.
While we don’t make any medical claims, many of our ingredients are known for their healing properties. We also infuse each blend with the most important healing ingredient: love.
We encourage you to tune in to your body and see how each blend makes you feel—because true healing starts from within.
Why do you call your brewed blends “tonics”?
A tonic is traditionally defined as a type of medicine intended to restore and invigorate the body—something that supports strength, energy, and overall well-being. That’s exactly how our brewed blends make us feel. We brew our loose-leaf teas strong with natural spring water and then elevate them with antioxidant-rich fruits, fresh citrus, and honey to transform herbal infusions into vibrant, nourishing tonics. We craft each one to awaken your senses and support your whole being—mind, body, and soul.
What kind of water do you use to brew your tonics?
We proudly brew our nourishing tonics with natural spring water from the Fredrick-Miller Spring in Eden Prairie, Minnesota.
When do your products expire?
Our tonics expire no later than one year after we pressure seal them on the “date produced” shown on our labels. Loose-leaf tea can last for up to two years, but we recommend using our blends within one year of the date produced to experience their full scent and flavor.
Do your products contain wheat or any other allergens?
Our Adapt and Balancing blends contain oat straw, which is processed in the same facility as wheat.
Do you have a food license?
No. We’re registered Cottage Food Producers under the Minnesota Cottage Food Law, which allows people to make and sell certain non-potentially hazardous food and canned goods in Minnesota without a food license.
Why don’t you deliver outside of Northeast Minneapolis and environs?
Under the Minnesota Cottage Food Law, we have to be physically present during deliveries, so we limit our range to places we can bike to from our place in under 30 minutes.
What is a Starseed?
Starseeds are souls who have lived lifetimes in other realms, planets, and dimensions before incarnating on Earth. Often carrying advanced spiritual insight and cosmic wisdom, these souls choose to return during pivotal times to assist with cosmic planetary transformation. Mystics believe that Starseeds are here to help raise the collective consciousness and guide humanity toward a more harmonious, awakened, and spiritually aligned future.
